The Big 33 Football Classic, labeled as the Super Bowl of high school football, will be here before you know it. Here’s a closer look at some of the early news regarding the 62nd edition, pitting Pennsylvania vs. Maryland and returning to Landis Field at Speed Ebersole Stadium.
The roster unveil
In conjunction with the Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association, the new keepers of the Big 33, PennLive will again assist in unveiling the Pa. roster at an 11 a.m. press conference on Thursday, Jan. 31.
Representatives from Dauphin County, as well as Pa. head coach Mark Lyons of Central Valley, are scheduled to speak briefly prior to the roster announcement. The press conference will be live streamed.
