2025 Player Program Ad Form & Checklist

Instructions for Creating your Program Ad

 
  • Each participant IS required to secure (1) individual program ad (you may choose which size).
  • Select the size below of the program ad you are going to be creating.
  • Design the program ad using any type of software you may be familiar with (Canva, Publisher, etc) using the correct ad specs below. A few program ad samples will be included with this information and on our website.
  • All ads must be printer ready with the correct ad specs below and use high resolution photos. If you are using a professional image from a professional photographer, you must have their permission to use the image in the PSFCA East vs West All-Star Game Day Program and no watermarks on the photo.
  • All Program Ads are to be emailed to your Team Coordinator (contact information below)
  • If the printer needs to edit and revise the program ad, you will be charged a fee of $40.00

Due April 25, 2025 This is a strict deadline! The program takes a substantial amount of time to be produced and any ads handed in after the deadline will not be in the program!

1. CREDIT CARD - Go to our Program Ad Sponsor Payment form and complete.

2. CHECK - If your sponsors are paying with a check, please make sure your name appears in the memo section. Checks should be made payable to: PSFCA & mailed to: PSFCA Big 33, 5010 Ritter Rd. #119, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
