About The PSFCA

The official professional football coaches organization in Pennsylvania holds the Annual Conference.

The mission of the PSFCA-Big 33 is to support all of our programs, including the: Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association, Big 33 Football Classic, PSFCA East/West All-Star Football Games, Big 33 and East/West All-Star Cheerleaders, Big 33 Buddy Teams, Host Family Experience, and Youth Football and Cheerleader Development. Through these programs, we are proud to create and foster positive experiences, which provide opportunities to promote inclusion and develop character in our youth. We also advocate for coaches’ education and place health and safety at the highest level, working with like-minded organizations to exceed health and safety standards.

The PSFCA has over hundreds of high school members who join them throughout the year at various high-profile events such as the PSFCA Football Classic, the East/West High School games, the Annual Coaches Clinic and in the Big 33 nomination and selection process.

The Pennsylvania Scholastic Football Coaches Association’s (PSFCA) 67th Big 33 Football Classic Presented by Renewal by Andersen of Central PA will be played on Sunday, May 26 at Cumberland Valley High School’s Chapman Stadium in Cumberland County. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. The PSFCA Titan Threadz East/West All-Star Classics will be played on Sunday, May 19th. Two games highlight the event: Small School Game at 12:00 p.m. and Big School Game at 5:00 p.m.

The PSFCA Big 33 Football Classic has been described as the “Super Bowl of High School Football” and has chosen a team since 1957. Every NFL Super Bowl has proudly featured Big 33 Alums!

Some well-known Big 33 alumni and NFL greats include: Joe Namath, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, Ricky Waters, Ben Roethlisberger, Kyle Brady, Jordan Hill, and Damar Hamlin.
