Big 33 Super Bowl Streak Is Guaranteed To Continue In 2023!
Written by: Billy Splain on January 21, 2023.
It’s a streak that began when the first Super Bowl was played. Herb Adderly from the Green Bay Packers began that streak, and since that day no Super Bowl has been played without at least one PSFCA Big 33 Alumni being on the field! This year that streak is guaranteed to continue. With Jacksonville & Dallas (neither had a Big 33 Alum) losing their playoff game it’s a lock that we will have yet another year with the most amazing streak in Super Bowl History in tact (Buffalo and New York both had Big 33 Alums but lost). This was the most Alumni playing in the quarterfinals that the current staff can remember, at least 10 years.
The following players are still in the playoffs and have a chance to represent the “Super Bowl of High School Football” (For a list of previous Super Bowl Alumni, click HERE) and for more about the game go to https://big33.org/
