In the first meeting of East and West, it was the West by a landslide.

Jim Nance of Indiana and Bill Vic of Braddock led a powerful rushing attack that gave the West a 34-14 win over the East at Hershey.

Terry Eberly of Middletown and Ken Stoudt of Lancaster scored the touchdowns for the East.

Vic and Joe DeMeli of Berwick were voted the MVP’s on their respective squads.

The West got a balanced attack, with Nance, Vic, Bo Scott, Jack Tinnick and Frank Landiewicz all scoring touchdowns.
