Big 33 Clearance Information

Host families have to complete a PA State Police Clearnance and PA Child Abuse History Clearance every three years (each host parent). New host families must complete our on-line clearances the first year you host and then every three years thereafter. You can complete this by going on-line at https://epatch.state.pa.us and completing the form.

All clearances must be completed at the time of application and in the Big 33 office before you can be a Big 33 host family. Along with the clearance, you will need to submit a copy of your current driver’s license (each parent). Those copies can be emailed to Nicole Whitmire at nwhitmire@big33.org OR can be mailed to: Big 33 4813 Jonestown Road, Suite 202, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
